NewWaveForecasting provides investment information via its website , via email and in other formats. Any information or products or services you use from NewWaveForecasting.com are subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using our information, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Agreement is made between NewWaveForecasting.com and you, the user and/or member of the Site (“you”). We reserve the right at any time to: change the terms and conditions of this Agreement; change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or features on the Site; or change any fees for use of the Site, any related products or services.
Code of Conduct
While using the Site you agree NOT to:
Copy, frame or mirror any NewWaveForecasting.com information without our prior written authorization;
Permit anyone else whose account or subscription was terminated, or who is not a NewWaveForecasting.com paid or trial subscriber, to use the Site through your subscription, username or password;
Engage in spamming, flooding or hacking;
Transmit any materials that contain any computer virus, worm, or other harmful or disruptive element;
Modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer or disassemble any portion of the Site;
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site.
Registration for Subscription/Membership Services
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to any of our services. When you register to subscribe, you agree to (a) provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to any information from NewWaveForecasting.com to any third party. If you are a NewWaveForecasting.com subscriber, and you have reason to believe that your online account is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password by updating your account information and/or immediately notify us by emailing us at: NewWaveForecasting@gmail.com
Some of our subscription services involve email, text or fax transmissions as delivery methods. We assume no responsibility or liability for undelivered or late emails, text messages or faxes, whatever the reason may be. If you have problems getting your products delivered, contact our Client Care department at NewWaveForecasting@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist you with potential solutions that may fix delivery issues.
Automated Renewal Programs
Our one and only subscription based service is TA-Premiere. Upon signing up you will be charged the “activation fee” which would grant you 30 days of access to the service. After that this subscription will be switched on automated renewal. First periodic fee will be applied to your card on day 31 after the purchase
The periodic fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription/membership service and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your service.
It is your responsibility to provide current and accurate payment method information. If you wish to change your payment method or if there is a change in your payment method information (i.e. credit card verification code or expiration date) you may notify us via email to NewWaveForecasting@gmail.com If your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We do not provide refunds for any month-to-month charges made under the automated renewal program. Longer term automated renewal programs are subject to our pro-rate Refund Policy below.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription to any of NewWaveForecasting.com services – email us at NewWaveForecasting@gmail.com in at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. Text of the email should clearly state that you wish to discontinue your recurrent subscription or receive a refund for one or another service of ours.
This is THE ONLY way to cancel your subscriptions or request a refund for a product with NewWaveForecasting.com.
If your cancellation request is not made in 24hours prior to your renewal date, then you will be automatically charged for an additional month by our billing system (per your agreement) and any cancellation request made after that will get into effect after 30days after the most recent renewal date.
Cancellation requests CAN NOT be processed by phone, voice-mail, letter or live chat.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy states in full our policy regarding refunds of membership fees, fees paid for services, and/or fees paid for products.
Different products/programs will hold different refund periods. If no refund period is stated on the sales page or order page than you can assume the program offers No Refunds. For products/programs that do state a refund period that period (in consecutive calendar days) does begin on the day the initial purchase is made (please note that the charge may take multiple days to process therefore your bank statement is not an accurate reflection of the start date of this policy). If you are offered the ability to upgrade a monthly program to a complete ownership access there is no refund period associated with this upgrade. By purchasing this upgrade you are in fact stating you want to continue with the software or service. Many of our products/programs do offer a trial period for the product/program to be evaluated. In the case of a monthly subscription there are no refunds issued once the new month has been paid for. Please see the “Cancellation” section for details and instructions on cancellation of your product/program.
Termination
This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. NewWaveForecasting.com may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Site or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement. In addition, we reserve the right, upon 10 business days’ notice and the reimbursement of any monies due according to the Cancellation and Refund Policies above, to terminate this Agreement without cause.
Ownership and Restrictions on Use

You may only access and use the materials on the Site, and download and/or print out only one copy of any materials on the Site, solely for your personal use. You may not republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute materials from NewWaveForecasting.com in any way without our prior written permission. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of our copyright and other proprietary rights, and is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using information from NewWaveForecasting.com. “NewWaveForecasting.com” and the NewWaveForecasting.com logo are trademarks and/or service marks of NewWaveForecasting.com. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to other Internet websites or resources. We neither control nor endorse such other websites, nor have we approved any content that appears on such other websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible for the legality, accuracy, or inappropriate nature of any content, advertising, products, services, or information located on or through any other websites, nor for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of or reliance on any such content.
DISCLAIMERS
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE NWEWAVEFORECASTING.COM, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PROVIDING OR FAILING TO PROVIDE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS. THIS SECTION SHALL ALSO SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site and/or content contained within the Site is to stop using the Site or other information from NewWaveForecasting.com. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to the company for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) shall be the total amount paid by you, if any, to access the Site or its contents.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement, including any violation of the Code of Conduct above; or (b) your activities in connection with the Site or any services related to the Site. This indemnification extends to and includes any attorney’s fees and costs incurred by us arising from any action or claims to which this indemnification applies, or from the contesting of the applicability of this provision. This section survives termination of this Agreement.
THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY AND MUST BE CONSTRUED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF KENTUCKY, WITHOUT REGARD TO CHOICE OF LAW PRINCIPLES. YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.
General Terms
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part is interpreted consistent with applicable laws as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the rest of this Agreement remains in full force and effect. NewWaveForecasting.com and its officers and employees are not registered investment advisors or broker/dealers. We are purely a research organization, seeking to provide unbiased information for educational purposes only. Readers are advised that the commentary and reports on its website(s) and in its newsletters are issued solely for information purposes and should not to be construed as an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any security. The opinions and analyses included herein are based from sources believed to be reliable and written in good faith, but no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to their accuracy or completeness.
